We built emoto because “fine” never covered it. Name what you feel, note what your body is telling you, watch the patterns build, and talk an entry through when you need to. Soon it’s yours to try.
A diary for what you feel and what your body is telling you

A diary for what you feel and what your body is telling you

Your calendar and statistics show how your state shifts across days and weeks

A calm chat helps you look closer at one entry, with gentle questions and short practices

Optionally send emotions and symptoms to Apple Health, next to the rest of your data
Emoto is an emotion diary for iPhone. You log emotions and symptoms in a few taps, see how your state changes over days and weeks, and can talk an entry through in a calm chat. It’s a tool for self-reflection, not a medical or therapy service. If you’re in crisis, contact local emergency services right away.
Each entry can have its own chat. It asks gentle questions to help you look closer at what you felt and can suggest a short practice to try. Replies are generated by an AI service, so they may not always be accurate. The chat starts only after you agree to message processing, and you can turn it off anytime in settings.
Only you. Your entries belong to you, and we never sell your data or use it for ads. If you use the chat, messages are processed only to generate a reply. You can lock the app with a passcode and Face ID, and delete any entry or your whole account at any time.
Logging entries is free, and you can try the chat on your first entry. emoto Pro opens the chat for every entry and starts with a free first month on both monthly and yearly plans. You can cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings.
Emoto is available for iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Android isn’t supported yet.
The app is available in English and Russian. The chat understands and replies in 14 languages: Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Ukrainian.
